Description

For August, here is Sailor Neptune! Sorry for the delay as I recently got back into school for the semester, and also trying to finish a cosplay as well before the next convention coming up. Done with copic skintone markers, pen and pencil, and colored pencils. 

Next time, it's Sailor Saturn!
