Description

Here for July, it's Sailor Uranus! I was a little delayed in finishing as I got a job recently, which I'm very happy about. ^^ Done in the usual pencil, pen, skintone copic markers, and colored pencils, and enhanced in Photoshop. Next up in August is Sailor Neptune!
